Having come from an active and competitive sporting background, I had faced my fair share of injuries that often hindered my ability to train and perform at my best. It was through Chiropractic care that I found not only relief from these injuries but also a pathway to maintain peak performance.

This profound impact led me to pursue a career in Chiropractic, and I have never looked back since. I aim to provide personalised treatments tailored to each individual which consists of a mixture of spinal manipulative therapy, patient education and rehabilitative excercises.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at the climbing wall, kickboxing gym, volleyball court or at a metal concert.

Whether it is pain relief, maintenance care or improvement of your well-being, through chiropractic care I am dedicated to help you achieve your health goals in a natural way.

I discovered the amazing benefits of chiropractic myself after seeking out a chiropractor due to suffering from repetitive strain injuries. Soon I realized that regular chiropractic care offered much more than just fixing general injuries, aches and pains. As I became more and more fascinated about the great effects that chiropractic has on overall health and well-being, I felt inspired to qualify as a chiropractor myself.

With a full-spine approach and an interest in treating the extremities, I am looking forward to provide professional and individualised care for patients to achieve similar experience to mine, thanks to regular chiropractic treatment.

Outside of chiropractic I enjoy various physical activities, going to gigs, trying different cuisines, learning foreign languages and being the drummer or bassist in a band.

Alice has now been a registered medical professional for 11 years.

Her attention is in integrated holistic treatments with the focus on collaborative modalities such as chiropractic.

Adding to her skill set with certificates and diplomas in reflexology, Thai massage, aromatherapy and Cervical spine osteo she is well equipped to address complex medical conditions. Her result driven client treatment plans will focus on regaining function, mobility and reduction of pain.

“Whether it’s to relieve pain & symptoms, performance in sport, work, home life, or general mobility, I am dedicated to help you achieve your goals through chiropractic care.

Chiropractic has played a huge role in my health from a young age. At 18 years old, I suffered a disc prolapse from a significant impact trauma during sport. Chiropractic treatment allowed me to get back into sport and pain-free within 6 months. I have continued with regular chiropractic treatment ever since. I have a strong background in rehabilitative exercise, movement patterns, and biomechanics, which is an essential counterpart to maintain the long term stability of my back. My passion and skills in chiropractic lie in spinal diagnoses, disc problems, degenerative arthritic conditions and a key focus on long term solutions for my patients.

Outside of chiropractic, you will find me at the local volleyball court, skiing or hiking with the dog.
